Instructions
- Add water, rice vinegar, shoyu, yuzu, mirin to a pot on the stove
- Torch jalapeno, pit it and take out seeds, then dice it, add ½ to pot on stove
- Dice cucumber add to pot, Bring it up and let it steep for about 5 minutes. While waiting,
- Seasn ahi with salt and pepper, add oil to pan, then brown quickly take off of fire and let rest
- Crush avocado, olive oil, lemon juice and chives
- Put avocado mixture on the bottom of the bowl
- Slice the ahi and put it on the avocado mixture
- Add tomatoes to the bowl, add sea asparagus, then add finadene on the side
- And drizzle green garlic oil, then add salt.
