Instructions

  1. Add water, rice vinegar, shoyu, yuzu, mirin to a pot on the stove
  2. Torch jalapeno, pit it and take out seeds, then dice it, add ½ to pot on stove
  3. Dice cucumber add to pot, Bring it up and let it steep for about 5 minutes. While waiting,
  4. Seasn ahi with salt and pepper, add oil to pan, then brown quickly take off of fire and let rest
  5. Crush avocado, olive oil, lemon juice and chives
  6. Put avocado mixture on the bottom of the bowl
  7. Slice the ahi and put it on the avocado mixture
  8. Add tomatoes to the bowl, add sea asparagus, then add finadene on the side
  9. And drizzle green garlic oil, then add salt.
