Seared Ribeye Steak
Instructions
1. Rub olive oil over steak.
2. Add salt and pepper.
3. Add ribeye to hot pan.
4. Add to same pan mushrooms, garlic, scallions, peppers, lemon cut in half, and whole green
onion.
BUTTER SAUCE:
1. Add to steak pan seasame oil, Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce, Lee Kum Kee shoyu, onion, and
2. butter.
3. Cook for 10 minutes.
4. Flip steak half way through cooking time.
